Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ZAPTR handles information in Fuel Pump Calculator and its support website. It covers features available on Android and iOS; advertising and purchase availability may differ by version, region and platform.
Your shift and customer records
Meter readings, rates, credit sales, income, expenses, saved shifts, customer and vehicle details, and preferences are stored locally on your device. The app does not require a ZAPTR account and does not automatically upload these records to a ZAPTR cloud database. Your operating system may include app data in backups according to your device settings.
When you export, print or share PDF, CSV or JSON files, you choose the destination. The recipient or service you choose handles that copy under its own practices. Imports read the files you select. Avoid entering unnecessary personal information about your customers.
Support requests
If you contact support, we receive the information you submit: your name, email address, optional phone number, issue category, description, reproduction steps, expected result, device details, platform, app version, and any screenshot you attach. We use it to reply, troubleshoot and improve the app. Requests are sent to our support service and email system. Website and hosting providers may process connection information such as your IP address for delivery, security and abuse prevention. The support endpoint also uses a hashed IP address to limit repeated submissions.
Do not send passwords, payment-card information or confidential customer records. Redact unnecessary personal details from screenshots. Support correspondence is kept while needed to handle the issue and related support, security or legal needs. You can request deletion using the contact details below.
Advertising
Ad-supported versions use Google AdMob. Google's advertising SDK may process your IP address and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, crash information and performance diagnostics. These are used for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and service improvement. Advertising identifiers and personalised advertising depend on your device permissions, consent choices and applicable requirements. We do not intentionally send your shift records or customer list to AdMob.

Purchases and restoring access
Where offered, the Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The app uses store-provided product, transaction and purchase-status information to unlock ad removal and restore eligible purchases. Store refunds or revocations may remove that entitlement. Store providers handle account, billing and transaction records under their own privacy policies: Apple and Google.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit or delete records using the app's controls. Removing app data or uninstalling the app removes its local data subject to your operating system's backup and retention behaviour. Exported files, shared copies and backups must be deleted separately. You may request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent to ZAPTR, or exercise other rights available in your region, by emailing us. We may need information to verify and handle your request.
Service providers and security
Hosting and email providers process support information to operate the service. Advertising and app-store providers process information as described above and may operate outside your country. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no device, network or storage method is completely secure.
Children and changes to this policy
The app is designed for fuel-station business use and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us to request its removal. We may update this policy as the app changes; the date at the top identifies the latest revision.
